Cancellation Policy
RENTAL TIME Your studio rental must be made at least 24 hours in advance. One hour minimum rental is required. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. There will be no refunds nor additional time extended to you. Your rental time includes any set up and break down required to complete your project. We ask that you complete your project promptly at the scheduled time. PAYMENTS & DEPOSIT A 50% deposit is required to reserve your studio rental time. The remaining balance must be paid prior to your rental start time. Failure to make the final payment will forfeit your rental time, and your deposit will not be refunded. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY If you cancel your studio rental 24 hours prior to your scheduled start time, your deposit and any payments made will be refunded in full. Deposits and payments will not be refunded with less than a 24 hour notice. If your rental requires a reschedule and we are notified within 24 hours, you may to carry your deposit over to cover the rescheduled session. Please call us at 832-541-0598 or 832-453-0099 to cancel/reschedule or you may do so online. RULES OF THE STUDIO & CONDUCT We expect all of our creatives and guests to act in accordance with the guidelines set below: - There will be no smoking allowed in the studio. - Alcohol may be allowed with prior approval from management. - All moveable furniture pieces can be moved and used in your project, but each piece must be returned to its original place. - Please refrain from using glitter, confetti, or any other similar substance that would create a hard-to-clean situation in the studio. - If your project created a mess of any kind in the studio, please be sure to clean the studio and leave it in the condition it was in prior to your project or better. There will be a $30 cleaning fee charged if our staff is required to clean up after you. STUDIO EQUIPMENT: There are several options for studio lighting and backdrop colors provided with your rental at no additional cost. Please visit our studio page for a list of lighting options, backdrop availability and other equipment. If we do not have a backdrop in the color you need, please provide at least a 5 day notice to allow us to have it available for you. This will be at no additional cost to you. DAMAGES POLICY If any equipment or furniture is damaged during your rental, you will be responsible for paying the cost to replace or repair the item.
